Omer Moscovich, better known professionally as REMO is a burgeoning EDM producer and recording artist out of Tel Aviv who has built a substantial catalog of music since his emergence on the scene. REMO has crafted a portfolio of music that takes on a variety of shapes as he has displayed an intrinsic versatility to create productions that hit on a wide spectrum of EDM and its subgenres.
Today we’re spotlighting one of his standout productions titled “The Light of the Night”, a vibrant, kinetically charged track that features a lush female vocal performance that vividly illustrates the impassioned sentiments of the lyrics. The concept of “The Light of the Night” touches on a couple either in turmoil or have been split apart for some reason, however, they obviously have an unquestioned connection and they seek to somehow make their way back to each other or return things to the way it was when they first fell in love.

“The Light of the Night” has an appeal that listeners can gravitate towards, not only in the musicality, but the attention to detail in presenting the sound in a distinct fashion. Yes, it incorporates unique components, however, even with the supersaws and oscillated synths common to many EDM productions, I found the sound design pristine…crisp and possessing an aural excitement that distinguishes itself from its peers in the genre.
