Universal Music Japan has announced that its budding J-Pop recording artist imase is set to captivate music lovers across Japan with an upcoming national tour that will span from early March 2024 through April 2024.
The national tour is scheduled to kick off March 8 in Nagoya and will be capped off on April 21 with a performance in imase’s hometown of Gifu, Japan. (See full list of dates and cities below).
After imase concludes his national tour, he is set to captivate an even broader audience internationally this year with the installment of his 1st Asia Tour, titled “Shiki”.
The Asia Tour will begin June 8 in Bangkok, Thailand, and will traverse through other vibrant Asian cities, including Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, and Taipei. (See full list of dates and cities below).
The 23-year old phenom posted news of the Asia Tour to his Twitter/X account. He expressed his excitement about the prospects of the tour as he wrote “Looking forward to meeting everyone from each country!”. He also hinted that new dates and venues may be added to the tour schedule.

A 23-year-old new generation male artist from Gifu, Japan who made his major-label debut in December 2021 after his music went viral on TikTok just one year after starting his music career.
“NIGHT DANCER” became the first J-Pop song to enter the Top 20 on the Korean streaming platform Melon and the song has become a viral sensation around the world, charting on Spotify Viral Top 50 chart in 31 markets.
Tickets for “POP OVER”, the first live concert in front of an audience held on March 30, 2023, and “imase 1st Live Tour 2023 “Utopia””, his first tour held in fall 2023, were all sold out instantly.
He became the first Japanese artist to perform and win awards at MMA2023 and CCMA2023 held in Korea.
