The opening to Runnin arises with a heavy-duty bass and staccato synth, balanced with the sound of Andrea’s vivid vocals “I won’t be Runnin” gives a deep pensive feeling which engaged me as a listener into a somewhat curious mood.

Inquisitiveness can only be good for the start of any track.

The drums dropped in strong and punchy, consistently keeping the track tight through-out, while the bass-line’s minor key chords set a dark yet alluring presence, presenting a dreamy & reflective identity to the overall sound.

Andrea’s warm vocal tones give a warm mellow contrast to the tracks mysterious tones,

Sung with a seductive cadence, Andrea’s lyrics tell the story of being (smitten, mesmerized and hooked) to a mysterious person who she definitely won’t be running away from…..

Starkillers has created an extremely well-produced song, that is impeccably mixed and is almost meditative in its feel.
