Kings of Carlisle (K O C) is the brainchild of multi-dimensional singer, songwriter and producer Russell Leedy.
Russell formed K O C with his best friend, the late guitarist, Keith Behm in 2018. The pair would go on to release a trio of songs and had hoped to continue working on an album project.
However, Russell will now continue the dream for both of them as he carries on Keith’s legacy through a series of new releases he’s planning over the next few years.
The first single in Russell’s quest is a spectacular song titled “Dirty Little Secret” released recently in June.
What’s the scoop on “Dirty Little Secret”?
“Dirty Little Secret” is a steely, hard-edged track that Russell describes as one of “self-empowerment”
The track speaks of someone in a bad relationship that finally turns the tables on the other person and stands up for themselves; making it known they’re not being treated right.
“Dirty Little Secret” is a perfect example of the versatile sound scape that Russell has created from his experience making music in a multitude of genres such as rock, soul, jazz and country.
The song consists of a hearty and bold instrumentation that garners immediate attention from the listener.
The appeal of the track is driven by a hefty distorted guitar in the background as a jazzy lead bass melody and rhythm provide the groove foundation.
It projects an authentic raw texture and tone to the song which Russell’s gritty and spirited vocals complement extremely well.
These hard-edge components are balanced out with a melodic bright piano riff throughout the song that is somewhat reminiscent of 80’s pop in tonality.

Russell Leedy Bio
Russell Leedy is a seasoned singer, songwriter and producer crafting songs in many genres of music including rock, soul , jazz, gospel and country.
His early recordings were in California. He was produced by Canyon Crest Records and released 4 songs under their direction.
Russell then traveled and lived in Miami, Fl. for over 10 years.
He formed a band and performed in many local Miami clubs. Russell returned to his home state Pennsylvania and continued to play music.
He has spent many years playing in clubs and entertainment venues in the Pennsylvania area.
Kings of Carlisle also known as K O C, was formed with the late guitarist and Russell’s best friend Keith, in 2018.
The pair published and released three songs on all platforms and had hoped to continue the project together.
Russell will continue the dream for both of them and will release new music for the next 5 years. Every song has been written, sung and produced by Russell Leedy and is uniquely diverse.
K O C hope to inspire all fans and young artists to be the best they can be, at whatever they choose to do in life.
