Atem S releases ‘Sweet People’

‘Sweet People’ was written remotely in collaboration with the artist collective, By Proxy Music. Atem S wrote the music and lyrics, while Harrison from By Proxy Music recorded piano and synth parts from across the country.
Atem S wanted to write something that touched upon the idea of missing people and hoping they miss you back just as much.
He wrote this alone while holed up this winter, thinking about how far away he felt from those around him, despite living in a big city.
His project is about making music that feels good, is light hearted and fun, but also has a human element that shows others that they can do this too.
