Dallas police have arrested Kewon Dontrell White, 22, in connection with the November murder of Dallas rapper Mo3.
According to the affidavit, a witness contacted the police and provided key information during the investigation which led to White’s subsequent arrest.
The witness reached out to law authorities after footage of the alleged crime scene, which was filmed moments before the shooting, was released to the public.
White was apprehended and taken into federal custody. He faces a murder charge and was indicted on Tuesday on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
White’s bond for the murder charge will be set at a later date by the magistrate.
