“Found Me” by Elan Suave
Emerging artist, Elan Suave continues his ascent in the music industry with the latest single and video titled “Found Me”.
“Found Me” is the lead single from Elan’s recent EP release $uave $eason, a follow up to his dynamic debut effort Elan’s World.
The 16-year old talent from the Bronx, NY displayed his lyrical skills and versatility in a major way on the track.
The pulsating beat is a perfect complement to Elan’s vocals which swiftly weave between hip-hop and R&B stylings.
About “Found Me”
“Found Me” is a cautionary tale that reflects on lost love, heartbreak, what went wrong and the swing of emotions that go with it.
We asked Elan how the song developed and he provided a little more insight into it.
He explained, “Found Me” really came about through my past experiences with girls. I tapped into my emotional side for this song. The vibe I got from the beat called for that emotion out of me.”
“I also got inspired from one of my favorite artists Juice Wrld. His major songs are about love and his failed relationships, so I decided to try it out.”
Elan lays out his past experiences vividly as the first verse jumps out at you:

The “Found Me” Video
The visual project goes on to further boost the track’s potency as it flawlessly captures the essence of the song.
The video employs a combination of captivating dark imagery, off-black and white tints and scenery/settings which depict the subject matter to a tee.
Elan explained how the concept of the video evolved to fit so well with the track.
“It was very fluid. I had an idea in my head and the directors “Kenny Gray and DPoftheYear” really knew how to bring it to life. I also had a lot of fun with the model in the video, Jessica. We were bouncing ideas off of each other and it came together very well in the finished product.”
Final Thoughts
“”Found Me” is an outstanding track and the video holds up to that same standard with its distinct visuals and concept. “Found Me” is a great lead in to Elan’s sophomore EP project.
With that said, we were curious to know Elan’s opinion on how $uave $eason differs from his first EP.
Elan stated “$uave $eason really shows my growth as an artist over time. Elan’s World was released when I was 14 and $uave $eason was released when I was 16. Over those two years, I’ve tried to find my sound and my place in the industry. $uave $eason is really a new version of me.”
