Fresh off their win of the Indie EDM Song of the Year in the WPVR Pinnacle Awards, Andrea Godin and NYCK release their brand new R&B/Hip Hop infused EP “We Ain’t Friends”, Co-produced by Starkillers & Howie Hersh.
Thrilled to make her official rap debut, Andrea reveals a major drawback in her journey when a former manager attempted to derail her career and personal life in track 1: “Manager”; a long awaited story that she has been eager to tell. On “We Ain’t Friends”, track 2, no lyric is out of bounds. Although leaning towards a provocative edge, Andrea Godin & NYCK deliver another unapologetic yet show-stopping record. Subsequently, crowd favorites “Runnin” and “On the Rocks” illustrate the duo’s ability to move seamlessly between genres.
