Whether banging out a smash beat behind the production board or crushing out a live mix set, AZVAIL creates an indelible vibe that leaves a lasting impact. AZVAIL is a trailblazing EDM producer and DJ from Traverse City, Michigan who has made a name for himself via DJ performances at a variety of venues and locales in the region.
AZVAIL draws musical inspiration from a group of influences across a wide cross-section of genres including Rage Against the Machine, Big Sean, Skrillex and Tame Impala to name a few. With such a diverse mix of influences, AZVAIL prides himself on being able to dynamically create music of varying styles across the EDM spectrum as well as other genres and tones including R&B.
Having honed his musical and production skills over the years, the 21-year-old phenom is expanding his craft and currently working on his debut EP as a recording artist and today we’re going to spotlight a track of his we had the opportunity to check out titled “Let Me Put It”
“Let Me Put It” is a rapid flowing composition that infuses the core EDM elements of dubstep and trap into a formidable track. It spans about a minute and half, and it keeps your musical senses on its toes as it contains a series of mood shifts, transitions, buildups and climatic entrances all within that brief period. The fast-paced drum pattern is draped in an assortment of luminating synths, pads, super saw riffs and oscillating melodies that are accompanied by an entrancing female vocal interpolation.
Besides the musicality of it, I thought the sound design on the instrumentation was also a big-time factor in adding to the overall appeal of the song, particularly as I mentioned before, your listening senses need to be on alert and focused on each note as you anticipate the next change in beat or melodic phrase. If this is any indication of what we can expect from AZVAIL’s debut EP, then the music world is in for an extraordinary experience.

More About AZVAIL
Born and raised in Traverse City, Michigan, AZVAIL grew up young with a love for all types of music. In 2010, with the rise of Dubstep, he began teaching himself the art of music creation. Over the years his music has grown and evolved. For the past few years he has worked alongside the event and production company 2Bays DJs performing regionally at various venues. During this time, and with their help, he has begun to create an identity for himself as an artist. At the ripe age of 21 he is excited to play at bigger and better shows. He currently working on his first official EP.
