Trey Songz Released after Arrest Following Fight with Police

R&B star Trey Songz (Tremaine Aldon Neverson) was released from police custody yesterday in Kansas City, Missouri.
Songz was being detained after his arrest following what appears to be his involvement in an altercation with a police officer at the Kansas City Chiefs’ AFC championship game on Sunday, January 24th.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Songz was released pending further investigation into the incident at Arrowhead Stadium.
What Happened at the Chiefs Game?
The circumstances surrounding the altercation still remain unclear.
In addition, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office has not provided any further information except of Songz’s release.
Trey Songz’ representatives have refrained from commenting on the details.
TMZ first published the story and released a video that they obtained of an individual who appeared to be Trey Songz.
A police officer approached the individual who was seated and attempted to detain him.
Moments passed and it appeared that the individual struck the officer in the face and proceeded to put him in a headlock.
Subsequently, additional police officers and security arrived to the scene as the scuffle escalated.
