After a year hiatus in 2019, the annual NME Awards in the UK will return February 12 for its 67th installment.

This year’s event will be held at London’s O2 Academy Brixton.

Noted nominees are Slowthai, The 1975, Yungblud, Billie Eilish, AJ Tracey, Lizzo, Stormzy and Lana Del Rey

Fans can also vote separately online (link below) on such fun categories as Hero Of The YearVillain Of The Year, and Music Moment Of The Year.

  1. Best music film has to be Rocketman! It has to! What a performance! And what an important movie for the whole music industry. And for best game, I love The Outer Worlds – what an amazing RPG!

  2. For best actor, Joaquin Phoenix should win. I mean, did you see Joker? OMG! The man was The Joker or should I say The Joker was Joaquin. He played that role like nothing else I’ve seen in the last 10 years! He deserves an Oscar for it.

    1. I hear you. It really was a great flick. Joaquin was amazing in it, but I still hold Heath ledgers portrayal as the best. Not even given his tragic death afterwards. it was just an amazing performance that deserved all the kudos it got

  3. I absolutely love Billie Eilish and ‘Bad Guy’!!! Crazy about it and I hope she wins because she deserves it. That voice is one in a million!
